Caroline Ryder

I began my career and training in Education over 20 years ago. I have continually trained and updated my qualifications to achieve BA working in Integrated Services for Children and Young People, PGCE in Lifelong Learning Sector with QTS and Masters in Education.

I have held a variety of roles over the years in various sectors. Pre-school Assistant, Deputy Leader, Manager, SENCO, and Safeguarding lead.  For the past 18 years I worked at a college in Harrow Borough. My subject specialisms were Early Years and Special Education Needs, teaching from Level 1 to Degree level. While there I gained experience as a workplace assessor, teacher, tutor, Advanced Practitioner for improving teaching and Learning, Pastoral Lead, Higher Education lecturer, Lead Internal Quality Assurer and Curriculum Manager for Early Years and Education, including Teacher training and Classroom assistant qualifications for the last 7 years and Foundation Studies last year.

My passion is supporting practitioners and educators to improve outcomes in education for all children to achieve their best in life, through collaboration with the child, the parent and the education sector.
