Patricia Yeboah-Asuamah
Attendance Support Officer
With over ten years of experience in early years education and family support, I am genuinely committed to helping children and families overcome challenges and flourish. I hold a BA (Hons) in Early Years Education and Leadership in Practice, as well as a Foundation Degree in Early Years, both of which have reinforced my dedication to promoting learning and development in young children. Over the course of my career, I have worked in nurseries, schools, and within local authority services, supporting children with a wide range of needs and working closely with families to build safe, supportive environments. In my previous role as a Key Worker at Hillingdon Council, I offer targeted support to families experiencing difficulties such as housing instability, safeguarding concerns, school non-attendance, and mental health challenges. I worked in close partnership with schools and multi-agency teams to ensure children have access to the right support. At the heart of my approach is the belief that every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and empowered to fulfil their potential. Whether through education or broader support, I am passionate about helping children to thrive and ensuring families have the tools, confidence, and guidance to move forward positively
