Louise Stanley

I have worked within Hillingdon Virtual School since 2016 as a Lead Practitioner for our Primary-aged children as well as holding responsibility for raising the attainment and progress of a caseload of children. I oversee the overall outcomes for all students within the Primary phases whilst organising enrichment opportunities for them such as Literacy Gold and The Letterbox Club with The Book Trust. As well as holding Qualified Teacher Status, I am trained in Theraplay (Level 1), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (Level 1) and I am a gold member of the national Attachment Lead network.   

Prior to joining Hillingdon Virtual School, I worked as a Primary School Teacher within a number of large primary schools in and around London. I have also worked for several years as a private tutor as well as an associate marker for the Government administered Key Stage 2 SATs.   

In my current role, I am passionate about building successful relationships with our young people and professionals to ensure effective multi-agency working, as I feel this is vital to supporting our young people to reach their goals.
