Richard Woodfin
Lead Primary Education Advisor
I have been a Headteacher for the past 18 years in a southwest London primary school, retiring from headship recently. Prior to this I was a deputy head for 7 years and senior teacher with a range of different curriculum responsibilities. I graduated from Kingston University with a PGCE in 1991. My first teaching job was in Ealing and Hillingdon is the fifth London borough I have worked in. I hold a level 7 ACP accredited coaching qualification and have worked with a wide range of substantive and trainee school leaders as a coach and facilitator since 2006. I have close links with a range of Universities and teaching school hubs throughout London.
I am really looking forward to working with colleagues in Hillingdon schools and hope that sharing my recent experience as a Headteacher will be beneficial to all.
