LA Safeguarding Training for Governors - 14th November 2023 6 - 8 pm
Safeguarding training for governors is a mandatory requirement. This training session will provide a brief overview of different types of abuse children and young people may experience. It will then focus on the safeguarding requirements and best practice in schools and the role governors play in supporting this. The session will highlight current local and national issues as well as providing oversight of Hillingdon processes.
