 Updates/Information:

New Headteacher Support

In addition to the new Headteacher support that is being provided by the Hillingdon Learning Partnership (HLP), the LA, in conjunction with Melanie Penny (Headteacher at Glebe Primary School) would like to offer colleagues that are new to post (within the last 2 years approximately) an opportunity to have a series of bespoke support sessions from either Melanie or Richard Woodfin at the LA.

These sessions would be specific to any issues and concerns you have that are either unique to your setting or specific to you at this stage in your career. We want to see this as running additionally to the new Headteacher support group that is being offered by the HLP and as a chance to work with concerns or development areas that are not covered by the HLP group agenda or are 'Hillingdon specific'.

Please note these sessions DO NOT form part of the normal school improvement offer, they are additional support sessions available to all new Headteachers.

If you would like to access this support can we please ask you to email education@hillingdon.gov.uk, marking your email 'New Headteacher Support Sessions' and we will get back to you to arrange a time to meet.
