Arvinder Gill

I have worked within the Education sector since 2008 and have accumulated over 16 years' experience. My experience has been gained whilst having worked for several different London Borough's, this has given me an invaluable insight into the challenges young people and families may face when accessing Education. In my previous roles I worked as both a Senior practitioner for Statutory Action and also a Senior Education Welfare officer this has provided me with a strong grounding for my current role as an Attendance Support Officer. I am very passionate in this field and believe every child should not only have access to Education but also the necessary support to fulfil their potential.

Seeing a child succeed in life is both satisfying and incredibly rewarding. I am proud to be part of the Attendance Support Team who go above and beyond to ensure this is possible.
