I have a background working with vulnerable people in various capacities. For instance, whilst working as a support worker, I had the opportunity to assist with the social development of both young and older individuals. Likewise, I was also a teaching assistant for a period, mainly working with pupils with additional needs. This allowed me to acquire progressive knowledge and skills in relation to my professional development. 

Knowledge that I now use to deal with complex cases as a penalty notice officer with the attendance support team at the London Borough of Hillingdon.
