EYES & Establishment Portal

We are now live with our new education system, EYES (Early Years & Education System)!
Schools and settings will use the Establishment Portal which you can access here: https://educationestablishmentportal-ext-hil-prd.syhapp.com
To access the Portal to make applications or referrals, you will need to have your email address linked to the establishment you work at. You can do this here:

As shown in the schools training and 'how to register for a new account' guidance below, school staff NEED TO REGISTER for an EYES portal account with each email address you provided in the Establishment Portal Users Form before you will see the referral forms in the EYES portal.

Please note:
Due to internal work Early Years/FIS will now be going LIVE in March 2026. Please continue to use the current Provider Portal to make your early years funding claims until we notify you of the new go LIVE date. The process for submitting estimates for September payments will continue. We will notify you by email when we open up the current Provider Portal for you to add your actuals for the Autumn term. This is what October, November and December payments will be based on. We will be in touch to organise another training date for the establishment Portal closer to our new go-live.
The Household Support Team will continue to operate their current process to obtain the FSM data from you, therefore please continue to submit your FSM spreadsheets as normal until further notice.
