Developed by The Reading Agency and Libraries, the Summer Reading Challenge is the UK's largest children's reading for pleasure programme. The Challenge has helped tackle the 'summer reading slide' since 1999 and we want to know more about its impact.
 
The Reading Agency are looking for primary schools in disadvantaged areas, ideally using PIRA or NFER tests and where there are usually 10 or more children in years 3&4 participating in the challenge. Contact Martha Aitken m.aitken@renaisi.com to find out more.
