Hillingdon Young Carers Service
There is at least one young carer in every classroom in the UK. Schools are in a great position to recognise children who are acting in a caring capacity and to help support them. In doing so you can improve a pupil's attendance, attainment, behaviour, contribution, social skills and confidence. Hillingdon Carers have a wide range of free support available to your school and your pupils including teacher training, PSHE lessons and awareness raising assemblies.
