Data cleansing for September Guarantee 2020

At this time of year we are planning for the September Guarantee Data gathering from all secondary settings.  In preparation for this, it is vital that we can confirm our eligible cohort and eliminate young people that have moved to new schools, out of the area or abroad.
 
The Participation Team will be contacting all secondary schools in March 2020 to confirm leavers who would be Yr11 age but are no longer at your setting, as a data cleansing exercise to simplify the September Guarantee task. We would be grateful for your assistance with this in order to help concentrate offers to young people that are our residents or attend Hillingdon Schools.
