Hillingdon Health and Care Partners are starting to look at changes made during the lockdown period to our health services and looking at its recovery/transition plans.
It's an important time to understand how everyone's behaviours have changed during Lockdown and how these changes could influence future plans going forward.
This is a crucial time to review how the lockdown has impacted either positively or negatively on people's management of their health and wellbeing.
