The Advanced Designated Teacher Programme

Hillingdon Virtual School is pleased to offer an exciting training programme for your Designated Teachers: the Advanced Designated Teacher programme.

We firmly believe that in delivering more in-depth training in neuroscience and attachment styles, as well as providing our school colleagues with a range of tools to work with children who have experienced complex trauma, we can fundamentally change the way our schools work with vulnerable children. 

We know you and our Designated Teacher colleagues are already instrumental in furthering the achievements and life chances of our LAC and other vulnerable children. Without your active support and influence within the education setting, it would not always be possible for our children to make academic progress. By investing in the Designated Teacher role and enhancing their knowledge and skillset, we believe that our children will see even greater results and academic progress in the future.
