Annette Linnane

I have worked in the education sector for over 20 years starting my career as a nursery nurse then progressing to a qualified teacher, undertaking various leadership & management roles in both maintained & non-maintained schools & settings. I have a strong background is supporting children with diverse needs and narrowing the gap in attainment, helping all children to fulfil their potential. This has developed through my work across two local authorities serving disadvantaged communities, including roles as an EAL coordinator and 10 years advisory work as an EY SEN advisor. I am passionate about developing strong leaders in the early years sector and upskilling the workforce to ensure our very youngest children are gaining the best possible start to their education and improving their lifelong chances.
