SEN: The Local Offer

SEN Local Offer 

Each local authority now has to publish in one place clear, comprehensive information on the provision they expect to make for those children in their authority who have SEND, whether or not they have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). They are also required to publish how such support may be accessed. One of the aims of this is to make local provision fit local need by involving children, young people and those with parental responsibility in developing and reviewing the local offer.
