Post 16 Tracking
The Post-16 Tracking Team has a responsibility to monitor 16-19 year old young people to ensure that they are continuing in education or employment and/or training. We must collect data from schools throughout the year but mainly during September Guarantee collection (May to October) about the intended and confirmed destinations of those young people at end of phase of Yr11 and Yr12.
Team members contact any young people for whom the destination is not known after the collections from schools have been made and uploaded. It may be necessary for us to make further contact with the last known school for more information. Please contact us at post16EET@hillingdon.gov.uk
