24th May 2021 - Vaccination for Covid-19 - Teaching / School Staff

Dear Head Teacher,

Working with health colleagues there is the opportunity this week (before the half-term break) to accelerate vaccinations for teaching / school staff in the aged bracket 18 years to 29 years old.  This is part of the North West London vaccination plan.

It is anticipated that the national age eligibility for the vaccine will reduce to 30 years of age tomorrow (26th May) and therefore the focus is on those staff in your school below this age threshold.

What You Need to Do

If you have staff aged 18-29 years of age in your school who would like to be vaccinated this week, then please complete this form urgently.

Following receipt of your form submission, you will be contacted to advise of next steps.
