28th May 2021 - Vaccination for Covid-19 - Teaching / School Staff (Update)
Dear Head teachers,
Thank you for your patience this week whilst we have worked with health colleagues to make arrangements. As your school is in a surge area, where there is surge testing and vaccinating as much of the eligible population as possible, please encourage your staff to take up the offer of a vaccination with immediate effect and to continue throughout the half term and beyond. Availability of appointments and sites change regularly and I would encourage staff to use the websites and social media as and when government announcements are made.
At this time, staff can access the sites below via walk in appointments or they can use the National booking site for appointments. All school staff should take their school ID/work ID to the vaccine centre and be prepared for a wait if it is busy.
Monday 31st May only - Twickenham Rugby Stadium - Walk in or booking - details of times to follow on website or social media. This Centre will be open all day and is a special event for West London residents and staff.
Friday 28th May onwards - Heathrow Vaccination Centre, Compass Centre, Bath Road, TW6 2 GW. 10am - 7pm Walk in or booking via the national booking site.
