 Thoughts and feelings getting you down? When to seek help - BBC Bitesize - The Emerging Minds CoRAY project and BBC Bitesize have produced a short film aimed at young people, to help them understand how and when to ask for support with their mental health in a time of need. 

 Co-RAY - Evidence Informed Briefings: Young People Edition - Emerging Minds - The CoRAY project also have briefing sheets for young people to support them regarding different emotions and accessing help for mental health. 

Place2Be: Parenting Smart: Articles - Website aimed at helping parents with typical situations they find themselves in with children. Topics include; sibling rivalry, my child has trouble going to sleep, my child says 'I hate you', my child is lying, what does this mean? And cultural identity.

Eating Disorder Signs & Symptoms | Learn | NEDA (nationaleatingdisorders.org)- The National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) is the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by eating disorders.
